A large part of political and media Tout-Paris, left bank version, swears by soufflés of this lovely restaurant, installed in a discreet pedestrian street just a step from Bon Marche and across from Hermes and the hotel Lutétia. Be seated in the chocolate-brown decor dining room or on the beautiful summer terrace to enjoy traditional, delicious specialties by me and my top staff. The menu specialities are sweet or salty soufflés, Filet de Boeuf sauce au Poivre, traditonal soufflé Grand Marnier. We appreciate the space between tables (more and more rare), which guarantees privacy. Sweet or salty, the soufflé is king, and gourmandise accompanies them.
